The picking of the grapes is a family event in which a lot of friends want to participate. The picking by hand guarantees that only the best grapes will be used to produce our wine. Even the younger generation works hard and enthusiastically. |

| After the harvest the work in the vineyard continues in winter. The wines are pruned and the single branch left which will bear the grapes for the next year is tied to the guiding wire. |

| In the wine cellar the new wine is produced. The filteration of the wine is a very important step in that process. As soon as the wines are ready, they are bottled and labelled. Then they continue to mature and are just waiting to be sold. | |
